The Character Sheet app is a minor game mechanic in South Park: The Fractured But Whole.
The Character Sheet app reveals the information about the New Kid and their team. The information can be divided into 8 parts.

Current form[]
This part locates on the top left in the app, it reveals how the New Kid currently looks like, including their costumes and appearances.
The makeups and costumes can be modified using the costume app, see more on List of Costumes in South Park: The Fractured But Whole.
The skin tone is a part of the race and ethnicity, it can be modified with the help of PC Principal.
Classes[]
This part sits next to the Current form, it tells what classes the New Kid now has.
Identity[]
The Identity is chosen with the help of various characters, it consists of seven sections.

- Sex/Gender
- Alignment
- Religion
- Power Source
- Kryptonite
