The Dire Wolf is an enemy found only in Canada along with Dire Bears and Snakes. They are like regular wolves, but dire.
Attacks
Melee Attack
The Dire Wolf scratches the New Kid for moderate damage. Will cause Dire AIDS if not blocked. The New Kid will always be targeted if this attack is chosen.
Canadian Greeting
The Dire Wolf farts on the New Kid or his buddy and if it isn't blocked, inflicts Grossed Out as well as heavy damage.
Wolf Balls
The Dire Wolf throws four balls at both the new kid and his buddy. Inflicts frost damage if not blocked.
Frost Breath
The Dire Wolf breathes frost on the New Kid and his buddy, inflicting slow if not blocked.

Trivia
- They are capable of inflicting Dire Aids by using their normal melee attack on the player's character. You can cure Dire Aids at the hospital in Ottawa, but finishing the game with Dire Aids earns you the achievement Outpatient.
