South Park: Let's Go Tower Defence Play! is a tower defense video game developed by Doublesix, Xbox Live Productions and South Park Digital Studios. It was released on Xbox Live Arcade on October 7, 2009.

South Park is under attack once again, and this time Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny must overcome a series of tower defenses to save the town and just like other tower defense games, the player must destroy every wave of enemies that go by on the path.
