The Chomper is a Superheroes set trap card in South Park: Phone Destroyer.
If an enemy steps on The Chomper, they will receive damage from the trap and get frozen.
The Chomper will stay on the battlefield until someone steps on it or until the time runs out, causing it to self-destruct.
The Chomper can be placed on the battlefield via it's card, but it can also be summoned by Toolshed.
